C'mon.
You and I both know that when someone makes you something for Christmas, it's usually a lot cooler than if they went out and taped a dvd to a box of Fiddle Faddle, right?

Well here's YOUR chance to do something cool.

Reaper miniatures has a section called CHRONOSCOPE, which, well, let's say they don't exactly deal with one certain theme like D&D or Pathfinder.

Chronoscope deals in miniatures you sat around thinking,
"Wouldn't it be cool if they made ___(insert obscure character here)__?"

And you don't even have to be that good at painting! So here's the deal:

1) Paint your miniature with some primer.
2) Drybrush with certain colors. This is a painting technique in which a paint brush that is relatively dry, but still holds paint, is used.
Lightly sweep your brush over certain parts that you think would cool painted.
3) Wrap up and give to someone. (Hey, let's be honest. Its Christmas so people will understand if you didn't paint it like Picasso.)

So what would you paint?
Well...what are they interested in?

Chronoscope carries such a wide range of miniatures that would be cool sitting on a computer or night stand.
(The only thing is, to get out of copyright entanglements, Reaper renamed a few, but the figure still looks the same.)

Do they like Men In Black?

How about Firefly for your Captain Hotpants?

Did they see Zombieland?

Chronoscope even has Deep Sea Divers!

Are they into Anime? Then how about little Candy?

Do they have a weird sense of macbre? Then how about a zombie clown?

Do they live in the woods? Then they should definitely have a Redneck Princess!

There's even cute things for kids, like Alice and her white rabbit.

And...uh....a few non-PC things like Ahkmed the terrorist.

But there's very PC stuff like a troop of cub scouts!

And I'm not saying your mom is a crazy cat lady, but....

There's LOTS more then what I've listed here, so make sure you come in and see, because....

Santa is watching!!

And like always...say it with me...

Merlyn's has 10% off everything, all the time!
