Here is the scenario for the 3rd megabattle coming on the 1st of June, be here by 10:30 if your interested in playing.

i didn't see that coming
I don’t pretend to understand the logic of the powdered wigs runninthis offensive, but I sure wish they could make up their mind who thebad guys are. We barely survive a bloodbath with the greenskins inthe Scarus Sector, only to be escorted right into hell’s maw onGalafonte Prime. Now we’re back on Bonner’s Reach turnin’ over scrapfor some clue as to who we can fight next. Its been weeks with noaction. The days get awfully long when all you do is tread a furrow around themining rig perimeter. I don’t know what they’re diggin’ for, but maybe they can dredge up ahidden civilization of mole-people or some other nonsense for us to shoot at. That would certainlypass the time. Hell, after that I guess we could take on scores of razor-taloned she-devils comin’ atus right outta thin air? Bah, this boredom has me dreamin up total gibberish. I had better fall in line.

Scenario Rules
This Scenario follows all of the rules detailed on page 17 of the Apocalypse book with the following additions and amendments.
• Setup: The line that indicates No Mans Land is preset and travels diagonally down the center line of the table, from one corner to the other. The side that has Imperial armies as part of its makeup may choose which deployment zone to deploy in, as they have established a foothold on the planet before the Chaos forces arrive. The Chaos side then sets up a piece of terrain in the exact center of the table to represent an altar to Chaos and the center of a Warp Rift. The Arcane Ruins scenery piece is perfect for this. This scenery piece counts as a Vital Objective as per the rules on pg. 187 of the Apocalypse Book. The center of this scenery piece functions as the counter for the Warp Rift Apocalypse formation (see below). This information is disclosed to both sides. After sides are chosen and the Arcane Ruin scenery piece is placed, each side should take turns placing 3 additional objective counters. These objectives are placed as per the normal rules on pg. 24 of the Apocalypse Book. The example shown below is for a table 12’ x 4’, but sizes may vary.
• The Warp Rift: The Chaos side (all Chaos players are on the side opposite the Imperials) receives a single Warp Rift Apocalypse formation for no points cost, which must be centered on an Arcane Ruins or other suitable scenery. Note that the Daemons that make up the Warp Rift formation are not free and are must be purchased as normal. Chaos Space Marine players who select Daemonic units and attach them to any Warp Rift formation use the points cost and summoning rules presented in Codex: Chaos Space Marines, though they use the enhanced profiles, unit options and rules presented in Codex: Chaos Demons. Upgrades other than the base cost for Greater and Lesser Demons must be paid for. Players using forces taken exclusively from Codex: Chaos Demons may assign daemonic units to a Warp Rift as well. If they do so,these units are summoned as per the rules in Codex: Chaos Space Marines and do not arrive via Deep Strike.
• The Ordo Malleus: To represent the success the Imperials had in their previous battle, and valuable information gleaned on Galafonte Prime, they are prepared to battle their daemonic adversaries. The Imperial side may field Grey Knight units taken from Codex: Demonhunters for half their standard cost.

mustering forces
You may bring a force between 1,500 pts and 3,000 pts to the battle. You may include any units detailed in any Codex, Approved White Dwarf Article, Imperial Armor Book or Datasheet, but must have a copy of the rules for each unit you intend to field. You may choose units from multiple codices, but allied forces may not be designated as hated enemies as per the Allies Matrix on pg. 198 of the Apocalypse Book. You may choose one Strategic Asset for your force regardless of size. A difference in points per side will be mitigated by inclusion of additional Strategic Assets as per the standard Apocalypse rules.
